In as little as 8 weeks, you can pull together everything you’ve learned to create your first pet portrait from start to finish.

You'll get to practice all the techniques you've learned during the course, from creating your outline to building up layers of depth and detail.

You can either challenge yourself and do it on your own, or follow along with me where I show you every step.

Think you could never draw this adorable lab pup on your own? Or a gorgeous long-haired ginger cat?

You can and you will - by using all the foundational skills you've built in the first 3 modules.

You'll be amazed by how far you've come!

Want more to practice with? You'll have plenty!

When you join the Pet Portrait Master Kit you'll unlock an exclusive Reference Library filled with high-quality images and recommended pencils lists for each.

So you'll always have the right reference to keep practicing and improving your skills.

Regular practice is the key to mastering these skills.

That's why new reference images are added every month giving you fresh subjects to draw and new opportunities tokeep progressing long after you've completed the course!

When I started drawing in my early 40s, I hadn’t picked up a pencil since I was a kid.

What began as a sketch of my dog quickly turned into portraits for family, then clients - and eventually a full-time business creating lifelike pet art for people around the world.

But getting there wasn’t easy. I spent years figuring it out on my own - struggling with realism, second-guessing every step, and relying on trial and error because there was no clear path to follow.

So I created one.

The Pet Portrait Master Kit is the structured, step-by-step process I wish I’d had when I started - designed to help you skip the overwhelm and start creating realistic pet portraits you’re truly proud of.

Whether you want to draw for enjoyment or turn your skills into income, it’s absolutely possible - and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Let's put that price into context…

If you decide to open up for commissions one day, it would not be unreasonable to charge more than $599 AUD for a single portrait.

For my first official commission I charged $400 AUD - for my first commission! And I was able to increase my price to $600 shortly after that and still keep a full waitlist.

So one or two good commissions could pay for the entire course!

In fact, the techniques and skills you learn in this course could easily be worth hundreds if not thousands of dollars a year. When you look at it that way, $599 AUD is a small investment in what could be a long and rewarding creative future.

How long will it take me to go through the course?
If you're able to set aside just 3 hours per week to work through the 3 modules, you'll be able to complete them all in under 8 weeks!

There are about 40 hours of video material included in the course but you can approach that entirely at your own pace and in your own time.

I always recommend scheduling in time to practice regularly to stay on track - whether that's practicing an hour a day or 3 hours every weekend is entirely up to you!
When can I get started?
Right away! You’ll get your login details within a few minutes of signing up.
Do I need to complete the course from start to finish?
Not at all! This is a self-paced course and you can access any of the tutorials and resources whenever you’re ready.

I’d recommend starting with Part 1 Drawing Essentials just so that you hit the ground running with all the basics, but then after that you’re free to complete the course in whatever order suits you.

All the pdfs and supporting material are downloadable for you to keep as well.
Will I need to buy any pencils for the course?
To get similar results, I recommend you use the same pencils that I use, which are a mix of Faber Castell Polychromos, Caran d’Ache Pablos and a handful of Luminance.

But don’t go out and buy a full set! Just buy the individual colours, it’s far more economical that way. All of my tutorials have a materials list so you’ll know exactly what you’ll need before you start.

If you’ve already got a full set of another good quality brand, you’ll be fine to use the equivalent colours from that set - but just bear in mind the results may differ.
What paper do I need for the course?
Great question. The drawing surface you use makes a huge difference to the result and I always recommend using a high quality artist paper for your portrait.

My favourite surface to draw on is Grafix drafting film and so I use that a lot in the course. It’s super smooth and holds the pencil beautifully. It’s so versatile and allows for all the crisp details that I love so much!

The other surface I use in the course is Clairefontaine Pastelmat.
Will the course cover pastel pencils?
No, the course will focus exclusively on colour pencils.
I'm a complete beginner - will I still be able to follow?
Yes! This course is designed to help people who are just starting out with colour pencils as well as those with a little more experience but need help getting to the next level.
Is this a membership or a once-off purchase?
You'll get LIFETIME ACCESS to the course platform, the Facebook community and all the supporting resources and materials when you sign up for the Pet Portrait Master Kit.

It's a one-time purchase with no ongoing fees!
Is it really worth it?
I want to address this one directly, because I know it's the question sitting behind a lot of the others.

Many of my students go on to take paid commissions, even if that wasn't their plan when they joined. I earned $400 from my very first commission. And I was able to increase my prices quickly from there and still have a full waitlist.

Not everyone joins with commissions in mind, and that's completely fine. But it shows what becomes possible once you have the skills.

Another way to look at it: the Master Kit is a semester's worth of structured training for the price of a weekend workshop. And you get lifetime access.

You can also spread the cost with our payment plan, 3 payments of $200 AUD, so you don't need to pay it all at once.

Whatever your reason for being here, a creative outlet, a new skill, or portraits of your own pets, this is something that gives back to you for years to come.

If you're still not sure, you're covered either way. Every purchase comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee.

Here's what's included:

Full and unlimited access to the 3 modules: Drawing Essentials, Drawing Eyes, Ears & Noses, and Drawing Fur
3 special bonuses: The private Facebook group, Ultimate Colour Guide and Commission Business Fundamentals
A library of fantastic reference images with recommended pencils lists
Downloadable resources, templates and pdfs to support your progress
